The candidates
are directed to compulsorily go through the prospectus of the DistanceEducation Programmes 2020-21 before submitting the online form.
The
E-prospectus and Online Application form shall be available at “ADMISSIONS” on
the Directorate’s website: manuu.edu.in/dde from 30th October, 2020. The
form is to be submitted online with Registration Fee of 1000/- for B.Ed (DM)
and Rs. 300/- for other programmes. For further details candidates may contact
Student Support Services Unit (SSSU) on its Helpline Nos. 040-23008463 or
23120600 (Extn. 2207). The candidates may also contact or visit any of the
MANUU Regional Centers/Sub-Regional Centres located at Hyderabad, New Delhi,
Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Patna, Darbhanga, Bhopal, Ranchi, Amaravathi,
Srinagar, Jammu, Nuh (Mewat) and Lucknow.
Last date for submission of the online application forms is 25th November, 2020

درخواست فارم بھرنے
سے پہلے درج ذیل ہدایات کو غور سے پڑھیں:
1)آن لائن فارم بھرنے سے پہلے
برائے کرم. نظامت فاصلاتی تعلیم کے 21 -2020 کے پراسپیکٹس (دستور العمل) کا غور سے
مطالعہ کریں.
2)براہ کرم اس بات کو دھیان میں
رکھیں کہ یہ پورٹل فاصلاتی طرز تعلیم کے داخلے
یا دوبارہ رجسٹریشن کے لیے ہے۔
3)براہ کرم مندرجہ ذیل چیزیں
تیار رکھیں۔
ای۔میل آئی ڈی اور
موبائل نمبر*
ای۔میل آئی ڈی اور موبائل نمبر آپ کا
اپنا یا آپ کے فیملی کے کسی فرد کا ہونا چاہیے۔ کسی دوسرےشخص کےای۔میل۔آئی۔ڈی اور
موبائل نمبر کا استعمال نہ کریں ۔

اگر آپ ایسے پروگرام
میں درخواست دے رہے ہیں جس میں اردو بیک گراؤنڈ کا ہونا لازمی ہے تو اس کے لیے آپ
اردو سرٹیفیکیٹ (سند) بھی اسکین کرکے تیار رکھیں۔*

4)رجسٹریشن کرتے وقت آپ اپنا
صحیح اور فعال (ایکٹیو) ای۔میل اور موبائل نمبر فراہم کریں۔ مستقبل میں تمام
معلومات
(لاگ اِن ID اور پاس ورڈ کے
ساتھ) صرف اسی ای میل اور موبائل نمبر پر
بھیجی جائیں گی۔
5)رجسٹریشن فارم کامیابی کے
ساتھ پر ہوجانے پر آپ کے ذریعہ رجسٹر کیے گئے ای۔میل آئی ڈی اور موبائل نمبر پر
ایک ای۔میل اور میسج بھیجا جائے گا جس میں آپ کی رجسٹریشن آئی ڈی اور پاسورڈ ہوگا۔
6)آپ اپنے رجسٹریشن آئی ڈی اور
پاسورڈ کا استعمال کرکے ایڈمیشن پورٹل پر لاگ اِن کر سکتے ہیں۔
پاسورڈ بھول جانے کی صورت میں، آپ Forgot
Password 7)آپشن پر کلک کرکے اپنا پاسورڈ دوبارہ حاصل
کر سکتے ہیں۔نیا پاسورڈ آپ کو آپ کے رجسٹر شدہ ای میل پر بھیجا جائے گا۔
براہ کرم اپنا درخواست فارم بہت احتیاط سے بھریں اور فائنل جمع کرنے سے پہلے اچھی طرح سے دوبارہ چیک (Check) کر
لیں ۔
Instruction in
Read the following Instructions before Filling the Application Form:
1. Before you start filling up the Online Form, please read the Prospectus
of Directorate of Distance Education for the academic year 2020-21 carefully.
2. Please note that this portal is for Distance Mode
Admissions or Re-Registration.
3. Please keep the following ready:
o
Email id & Mobile no
They should be your
personal or in the name of your family member. You must not use any other email
id/mobile number.
o
Scanned photo
o
Scanned signature
o
Scanned copy of certificate to
support your Urdu background, if applicable for the program you wish to apply
o
Credit card, Net banking or
ATM-cum-Debit card
4. While registering, provide your correct and functional Email and Mobile
Number. All future communication (including login id and password) will
only be sent only to this email and mobile number.
5. Once the registration form is successfully submitted, an email and SMS
will be sent to the registered Email Id and Mobile containing your Password,
and Registration Id.
6. You may login to the Admissions Portal using your Registration id and
password.
7. In case you forget the password, please use "Forgot Password"
link to retrieve password. New password will be sent to you on your registered
email.
8. Please fill your form carefully and review it before final submission.
